Steven Tyler’s American Idol Backstage Bungalow Featuring DRG Furniture

Steven Tyler's American Idol Bungalow

From reportedly demanding naked women backstage in the ’80s, to insisting on no pressed meat on his tour rider, Steven Tyler knows a thing or two about being a rock star on and off-stage.

He’s letting the good times roll at American Idol, where he’s decorated his backstage digs – which he calls the Love Shack – in bright pink and silver.

Located on the CBS lot, near the Idol stage, Tyler’s seven-room bungalow houses a dressing room, hair and make-up room, an office, an extra office for his fiancée, Erin Brady, bedroom, kitchen, dining area and family room.

Though the Love Shack looks unassuming from the outside, inside are a crystal chandelier, a half-naked mannequin in a top hat next to a silver skull in the family room, and faux fur throw rugs on the floor.

Designed by Brady, the bungalow – down to the silver baroque loveseat and plush black tufted crocodile sleigh bed – is highlighted by custom furniture from Diva Rock Glam.
